Radio shuttle +Forklift
Radio Shuttle Pallet Rack System is a semi-automated system used in conjunction with forklift trucks for the storage of goods with low variety but high volumes per SKU.
This system is highly recommended for manufacturing businesses, especially fast-moving consumer goods, food, beverage and cold chain industries.
The High Density Open Face Pallet Racking System is the core storage framework, providing stable, ordered lanes for pallets and enabling smooth movement of battery-powered radio shuttles, while ensuring efficient space utilization and structural stability.
Battery-powered radio shuttles are the key moving component: placed at lane ends by forklifts, they are controlled via remote to feed, retrieve, deposit and reshuffle pallets. Their quantity can be adjusted to meet throughput demands.
Forklifts
Forklifts act as auxiliary components, placing shuttles at lane ends and moving them between lanes as needed. Their cooperation with shuttles ensures seamless system operation.This system solution is also available for cold storage with temperatures of up to -30°C.

Radio Shuttle Rack is the optimal choice for cold chain and FMCG industries that require both high-density storage and flexible FIFO/LIFO inventory management. It perfectly balances storage density, operation efficiency and flexibility.
The HUAYIDE Radio Shuttle System maximizes space utilization with a storage depth starting from 5 meters. It elevates operational efficiency by eliminating the need for forklifts to enter aisles for pallet handling. Built with a robust mechanized structure and premium components, it ensures minimal maintenance. The system operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -30°C ~ +4°C and +5°C ~ +45°C, and is equipped with a high-standard safety system featuring active anti-collision and forklift locking functions. Furthermore, its intuitive Chinese interface ensures straightforward and easy operation.
HUAYIDE Shuttle Car adopts plug-in polymer lithium batteries with imported cells and domestic assembly, certified by CE and FCC.
These batteries feature large capacity, long service life, no memory effect, fast charging/discharging, and eco-friendliness.Tested under 1500kg full load uninterrupted operation, they outperform traditional batteries.
The plug-in design allows quick replacement. We offer domestic contract supply with efficient after-sales support.
First In, First Out
When racks are accessible from both sides, pallets can be loaded from one side and retrieved from the opposite side.This layout is often used in industries where product rotation is important.
Last In, First Out
In single-side access layouts, pallets are stored and retrieved from the same side of the rack.This method is commonly used when products are stored in large batches and strict stock rotation is not required.
